What does it mean to have an abundant life? How do you have an abundant life when it seems as though things are not going right. How do you really acquire an abundant life? How do you keep an abundant life even when things are bad? I have heard many times "God came to give you life and to give it more abundantly" How do you attain that abundant life?
Any thoughts on this subject? I would really like to hear your opinions or maybe you have some scriptures to share on this subject.

Many North American Christians equate the abundant life to wealth or materialism , which is far from the truth of the abundant life theory of the New Testament . We as americans are far above the standard of living of the rest of the world . I would ask you if you own or rent a house , have more than 2 cars , 2 phones (or more) and obviously a personal computer. If you can answer yes to all of the above then you my friend are living the abundant life . you rank in the top 5 % of the population of the world. You see when we look at things thru a Global view as Christ does, then we see just how really blessed we are . Sometimes we let the enemy blind us to the truth and get caught up in the pursuit of "STUFF". Remember Jesus said "to whom much is given of them the much more is required" and you my sister in the Lord are truly Blessed. As a man thinketh , so is he
